They ship features that don’t solve user needs and can be easily replicated—or surpassed—by free AI tools. Decision-making is slow, directionless, and dominated by internal politics. The product is falling behind, and the business outlook is bleak.

I've been able to work on high-impact features across many surfaces. The ownership given is both motivating and empowering. The team is very supportive and open to feedback. Work-life balance is solid, and the work environment is flexible and trust-based, which makes it easier to do great creative work.
