During my tenure, I experienced repeated intimidating or dismissive behaviours, particularly in situations involving power imbalances and group pressure.
Leadership was inconsistent, with accountability and constructive dialogue completely lacking in some functions. This left staff managing critical work with limited senior support and receiving conflicting information.
Psychological safety was limited: raising legitimate concerns around resourcing, processes, or governance was not consistently encouraged or protected. Similarly, attempts to engage constructively with Group colleagues to address identified gaps were not supported.
While company values were clearly communicated, their day-to-day application was inconsistent across the organisation, which could impact trust and morale.
