Vantaggi

If you are a team leader or management you get paid a good salary.

Svantaggi

If you are not a team leader or management, you are on minimal wage. No career prospects unless you come into the company as a manger. No benefits for good work or long service with with company. More staff leave this company every month, then they take on. Also this company has no values and treats it staff with no respect. One of the most unhappy work places I have ever been a part of. They hire anyone they can, just to fill seats, so most of the staff are not trained properly. Then again they use Tower recruitment who have a terrible reputation in Blackpool. McDonalds workers get paid more then Quindell staff.

Vantaggi

Nothing good about this company at all. Meet new people

Svantaggi

Poor management from the CEO all the way down to team leaders Working hours are a joke, sometimes you get 4 long shifts then a silly 4 hour shift so there is no point you coming in. Team that manage the rota are morons, they have a system that does their work for them and they just have to rectify the errors and they still can't do their jobs! Parking is horrendous, you have a 5-10 min walk. HR don't have any idea how to deal with staff, they mess up overtime pay constantly, refuse to carry over or pay you for your holidays if you haven't had chance to take them and they (along with the managers) put you on a written warning for being off sick once. Customer journey is ridiculous, nobody gets treated with respect because the teams are so demoralised by the managers they just don't want to do their work. Quindell has now been bought out by Slater Gordon who are Australian solicitors so now the company has become an ambulance chaser business, focusing on PI claims. Pay is minimum wage, similar positions elsewhere pays £17,000 minimum Feels like a prison
