There is a really great induction process where you meet with lots of other areas of the business and this helped me to really settle in and understand my role within the wider organisation. One of the standout aspects of my time at Quint was the unwavering support I received from my line manager and my colleague in the HR Team. They were not only approachable and understanding but also actively encouraged my development, always taking the time to listen and provide constructive feedback and encourage me. Their guidance played a significant role in my professional growth and confidence and I will always appreciate them.
