The company suffers from serious leadership and management issues, particularly within the sales department. The current sales head is known for taking undue credit for employees' work while offering little to no recognition to the actual contributors. Instead of encouraging talent, the environment promotes favoritism and internal politics. High-performing employees are often overlooked or even let go, while less competent individuals survive by aligning themselves with senior management and claiming others' successes as their own. Nothing to mention, no pros

No value for employees. Biased managers. There is no help from management HR team biased to management, they won't listen anything from employees. Worst exit process, you have to visit office number of times to get experience letter and HR won't receive call or reply to mail. Basically they don't care once you leave company. Join this company at your own risk. Less salary more work. Very low hike that is also delayed every year. No good seniors to guide freshers.
