The software we use could be better The client information is not easy to access We can not do changes easily on a system Is tedious to do any changes in a policy AIL just accept DocuSign as the digital signatures and there is more signatures programs that works just the same and is really more affordable that Docusign AIL takes forever to handle a request (reinstatements, reopens, re draft, adding family member to policies, etc) AIL Doesn’t have a program to help the client with their meets

Low training. Bad leads. Pyramid scam.

This company is a fraud. It is a pyramid model in which only those in management positions win. The leads are old. The charge backs are high for any type of cancellation. It really is a lot of dogmatic talk but little help in the field. You can't grow there. If someone truly wants to make a career in the insurance world please do not work with Quintero & Partners. They are going to take advantage of you.
