You are not treated well by the management. You are locked in a jail environment as soon as your start your day in office.No encouragement for new ideas the management want employees only to work likely donkeys.The management is minting crores of rupees based on employee hard work but no proper treatment for employees.Lot of partiality n bias during performance appraisals.I SINCERELY REQUEST ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAS AN OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY TO RETHINK BEFORE JOINING.
