In reality, even visa-sponsored staff are let go without hesitation. Don’t trust anything they promise in your interview. - Zero-growth environment: There are no senior leaders worth learning from. Qumin has no interest in developing its people—they always rely on vendors’ work. Expect a painfully slow learning curve. - Profit-above-all mindset: Qumin’s so-called “7-hour workday” sounds dreamy, but here’s the catch: you’re expected to complete all your daily tasks within those hours.
