Where do I start? The obvious favoritism from the CEO towards someone as competent as a chocolate teapot, the blatant lies, and the public dismissal of staff without any sense of compassion or decency. They don't even offer retraining as stated in the contract. There are also lies about the amount of commission paid, and employees are forbidden from discussing their wages—a big red flag in my book. This company could be amazing if they just took the time to listen to their staff instead of telling them to stop complaining, treated people fairly, and stopped paying commission, which only breeds toxicity.
