About the suggestions shared by you, we are not sure how grave the concern of flexibility or timings could be now, as we have taken multiple initiatives to address the mismatch in understanding what flexibility means in our context. Our Leadership workshops is one of the best examples for this. However, the thing about stand ups is that every team fixes that democratically. Not sure how that was in your product, and we would love to know more. As far as fun is concerned, we have introduced a lot of celebrations and activities and this has also received good feedback from our current team members.
