The mindset is cheap, expecting high quality work for minimal pay (e.g., demanding 1L worth output for 20k level compensation). No proper training for freshers, and the environment fosters jealousy; when I left, they gave a negative reference during my background verification, which felt like petty retaliation. On top of that, they operate like a small "lala" company: no salary slips provided, and payments were irregular (between 1st-5th of the month). If you're a developer looking for growth, respect, or stability, steer clear - this place will drain you.

The CEO encourages open communication, regularly asks for feedback from the team, and creates an environment where people feel comfortable sharing their ideas.

I have not encountered any significant drawbacks during my time here so far.
