      Klein genoeg om snel te kunnen schakelen en groot genoeg om met de grote(re) partijen te concurreren. Goede werksfeer, aandacht voor werknemer en financieel ook prima. Goede visie en samenwerking van/met Abram Schermer.

      Svantaggi

      Geen vaste procedures of workflows, wat toen nog moest worden geimplementeerd. Ook een pluspunt omdat meepraten op prijs werd gesteld. Later overgenomen door (weer) een Franse partij waardoor met het vertrek van Abram Schermer ook de focus verdween en daarmee het familiaire Qwise-gevoel

      Very knowledgeable employees, interesting projects. If you are ambitious and willing to learn this is the place to be. There is room for training, attending conferences, webinars etc.

      They seem to have an issue with keeping the more ambitious and experienced people on board. A lot of them have leaved the company in de past year and a half.
