Great place to learn the fundamentals of ISO, FDA and quality system management. Medical insurance and great 401(k) benefits. Good place to learn different lab techniques, experience working in the industry and get started in your career. The work environment was extremely laid back and informal. The peers are very helpful, if you are skilled and show initiative, you become experienced in R&D, Q.C and GMP. Located in a small city with low cost of living helps save!
