      I feel that the best reasons to work at R/C would be the free healthcare, free movies, popcorn and soda.

      Svantaggi

      The downsides would encompass long hours for salaried managers. Lower than average pay for the same job type. Poor incentive to generate a better workforce.

      If you want free movies and the option to preview the movies the day before showings. I guess free popcorn would be a pro as well.

      The pay rate is really low, never saw supervisors paid with 8.50 per hour or assistant managers with 9.00. And there is no room to grow unless a manager quits.
