Unprofessional Owner - Recensione dipendente - Server/Bartender presso R.E.D. Staffing

-The owner is extremely unprofessional, has an alcohol problem and is disrespectful of employees. -Employees are required to meet a huge range of uniform requirements, purchased out of pocket (black uniform, white uniform, cocktail dress, extravagant makeup, etc) -Shifts are changed last minute with very little notice -Shifts are disorganized upon arrival, often there is no supervisor and staff are not given clear directions. -Owner ignores emails and blatantly disrespects employees.
