Bonuses are hit or miss and they tend to be on the lower end when you receive them and range between $1k to $3k per tax for lower end employees. The rapid growth of the company is the more concerning part. When I was hired on, there were 80 employees and within 1.5yr to 2yrs we grew to over 200 employees. With the rapid growth there is no infrastructure setup to properly train employees on software or processes. Be prepared to hit the ground running and having to learn along the way. There are good people who will help newer hires learn the software and take time help develop them. Unfortunately, this support is coming from the designers and engineers who want to help and not from anything management is providing.
