They require you to be on call for a week 1-2 weeks out of the month for phone support and field rated work. However not compensated enough for hours worked. They only pay you per minute while your on the phone, your not paid for documenting the call, any research or follow up calls. You will receive calls all night long!!! I've had nights I took calls all night with out sleeping and was expected to still make it in at normal scheduled time. Management does not go in the field other than to negotiate the sale and are extremely unexperienced with field rated work, codes, or how to do the actual job. Very Disappointing!!! Due to Numerous law suits against company limited market on what they can sell or install leaving the competitors with a great upper hand. Poor communication with management across the board. Belittles employees and over demanding. Management tracks you constantly while on or off the clock. They track your phone, vehicle, read all text messages, even install aps on phone to be able to monitor all phone conversations on your cell phone. INSANE!!!
