Supportive leadership that encourages fast decision-making and values initiative. High focus on learning — I was encouraged to take a marketplace advertising course to upskill Internal tools and reporting dashboards made performance tracking very efficient. Fast-paced but healthy work culture — no micromanagement, clear targets, and open communication.

Processes are still being scaled — not all functions are automated yet. Marketplace teams are lean, so expect to multitask a lot.
