Points for improvement: - Lessen "super" subjective promotions (Like how can someone be an assistant manager but she/he doesn't know the FV hierarchy? How can she/he teach her staffs/associates? Unless she/he already has good associates, it's not a problem). - Lessen the super obvious favoritism. Well, i observed how some efficient people deliver quality work but those who are loud gets the spotlight. Even if "loud" is equal to shouting something like "they are allowed to go home to take a shower and be back in the office! Not to sleep!" Wow. Clearly, there's no life work-life balance here.
