Reasonable salary... (but don't expect any kind of raise or improvement after that, negotiate when signing the contract). Some nice workmates to meet if you are lucky enough. Good office location. When you first start supervisors seem very nice and understanding, but only if you don't scratch on the surface.

Old-fashioned HR policy. Constant pressure from Sales/Management, no respect for employees' time or private life, expectations from supervisors to stay overtime on a regular basis, sometimes even on weekends to get things sorted out. Rivalry and sometimes even hostile attitudes, with personal motivations. They don't care to lose senior or skilled employees, as they think that tying up people with threats to their self-esteem makes them more productive.
