Nice work environment, great boss

You learn what you don't want in a job

The owner runs around all day yelling at everyone, hangs your job over your head saying "I'll pay you, but I don't know for how long". 3 people were fired within my first week of being there. The place isn't organized. They bring dogs into the work place daily (the barking while taking calls isnt fun) . I lasted 3 weeks and had to walk out.
