No professionalism,bais managers, promotion to those who take care of there bosses buy paying there bills.ceo is nice as he don't even care what is going on bottom line and bais manager keep on hiring there friends and and help them pay high packages who even don't deserve it.this is the main reason Quikr is going on loss and will closed or sold in next 5 yrs.managers use profinity on floors they not listen and just want business.this company is good for those who don't have any shame left they can work happily.sadly wasted of of my previous years . hr says we have crystal clear promotion policy it's fake they never promot hard work .very bais on promotion and there is nothing called people management or ER whenever manager wants they just terminate your service without notice .if anyone want to spoil the career they can join Quikr.trust me it's 100% truth.even females where made to sit till 9pm if target is not met
