Unbelievably Poor Treatment - Recensione dipendente - Medical Transcriptionist presso R1 RCM

This company has the WORST HR and payroll staff I have ever dealt with. They constantly made "mistakes" in calculating my benefits, PTO balances, and taxes. They took 15 months to address one of my issues and fought me every step of the way with the others. And now, after acquiring us from Ascension Health in November of 2017 and offering the choice of a move to Mmodal or severance to those who didn't make the cut, we are being eliminated completely with only the option of transferring to Aquity, which used to be Mmodal - no severance offer and nowhere near the same pay or benefits. While all this was happening, R1 celebrated Transcription Week with their India employees, but those of who work right here in the good ol' US of A didn't even get a second look or thank you. What a kick in the pants after 13 years of loyal hard work...
