R2 will teach you a variety of skills, BUT WITH ZERO TRAINING. Learn as you go after a half day of terminology training. You can wear what you want, say what you want and do just about anything at work. It's a good job for someone who has never held a career type position and does not care about an actually professional office environment. PROMOTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU WANT TO MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

R2 IS MORE LIKE A FRATERNITY THAN A COMPANY. This company will ride you harder than anyone in your entire life for a small salary of 32000/yr. You will be expected to be available 24/7/365 and get nothing but your salary with a headache included.

Every employee is eligible to earn bonuses from day one of employment at R2 Logistics. Sales bonuses and monthly employee recognition bonuses are awarded to employees that earn them. R2 Logistics does operate 24/7/365 days a year to our customers, responsibilities are rotated and contact during off hours is an exception.
