I personally think the executives are very hands on with day to day operations ensuring people are equipped to perform their jobs properly and offer insight. The operations offices are lively, upbeat, and energetic environments the promote a fun working environment. No two days are the same working in transportation and there are always new performances, data, and news to be learned.

Many people complain about the pay grade, but fail to remember this is a sales job. You have a base salary and can earn additional income if you have the drive to want to do so. A con I have experienced is that you can get stressed easily when an issue occurs on a transit, even when it is out of your hands and cannot control it.
