R3 Team, from Leaders to trainees, is very committed and always seeks for the better results. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet professional which makes R3 a great place to work or to even start your career. The senior board is highly qualified and is always available to help the staff. Customers are small or medium-sized companies but the project are challenging and great way to enhance your salesforce skills.

Business is growing fast, which is an awesome thing, but it's difficult for the team to keep up and something there are a lot of things going one. As R3 plans to increase the size team, I believe there are no cons.

I can vouch for having had R3 Digital invest in me. The work is both varied and interesting, resulting in the fast development of valuable and quantifiable skills. The business is growing pretty fast and as such has a culture that you can influence more than be subject to, a real benefit and breath of fresh-air for anyone coming from slow-moving corporations.

The largest "con" for the past few years has been dealing with working remotely due to covid. Staying up to speed with marketplace developments when working remotely is not without its challenges, as is maintaining Client Relationships.
