We want to make it clear: mental health and wellbeing are extremely important to us so please reach out to your Line Manager, the People Team, or use our confidential EAP service if you need support. While KPIs help us track business goals, we care deeply about our colleagues beyond these measures.
Progression opportunities may vary by team, but we encourage you to explore our L&D resources, speak with your manager about development options, and check our careers site for new roles. We fully support growth in all forms and there are lots of resources out there to support this!
On feedback, if conversations with your manager aren’t leading anywhere, please contact the People Team (HR). We also run regular feedback loops across the business, which are reviewed and acted upon to drive positive change.
