A brilliant manager Wayne Oliveria (south west) who has supported me straight from training all through my first year with the RAC. Buddying to get you started with an amazing trainer. Potential to earn in the excess of 3k pm is very easy to reach! I have never worked in sales before, being a female I thought I may struggle, I couldn’t have been more wrong! I am the only female in the south west team the boys are all great, they all offer superb support and guidance when needed.
