- Pace and expectations are unrealistic and unsustainable - Senior Exec prime and only concern is profit and the bottom line, squeezing every last penny - Don’t expect to ease in to anything or do things necessarily the right way; just the cheap way - Work life balance has slightly improved since working from home due to Covid (only because you can shut your laptop, the workload remains the same) - High turnover - It is not unusual for colleagues to be on long term sick due to breakdown or stress induced issues
