I joined as a call centre agent with no IT or Business Change experience, but have done several professional qualifications (UAT, ITIL, BA) under the RAC training schemes. Great supportive colleagues Friendly enjoyable atmosphere Flexible

Things can get a bit hectic working for a dynamic business always looking to push forward, often competing priorities and being pulled in multiple directions. Expectations can sometime be a bit unrealistic
