Believe the store pharmacists are doing a great job

The stability of the company is unknown. Management is only interested in meeting their bonuses. They don't do what is right.

Interface with customers to identify purchasing needs and direct them to appropriate department; recommend additional products or cost-effective alternatives to enhance service and satisfaction. 4. Provide training to new employees to uphold company policies and sustain customer satisfaction.

when you involved in your job and you enjoy it no matter you have high responsibilities to deal with still there would be no downside in your job. It is my point of view
