I’ve been working at RALLY as an Account Executive and genuinely feel lucky to be part of a place that values impact, creativity, and collaboration. The work is fast paced and mission-driven, with clients who are doing good in the world, which feels very important given the current climate. The hybrid setup is a great balance. There’s flexibility, but also enough in-person time to build connections with your team. My coworkers are smart, kind, and collaborative, and I’ve felt supported since day one. As a person of color, I’ve felt safe and included here. I’ve seen some reviews that mention otherwise, but that hasn’t been my experience. The culture is thoughtful, and there’s a clear effort to foster inclusion and equity across the board.

If I had to name a con, it would be that the benefits could be stronger, particularly when compared to larger agencies, like better 401k matching would be nice. If you're looking to grow, work on issues that matter, and be surrounded by genuinely good humans, RALLY is an amazing place to be.

Oof - cons are just about everything else. The culture has taken a nosedive as of late with all the (many) missteps by management. The culture feels toxic and similar to high school where there's always some kind of drama going on. Hard workers are rewarded with more work and stagnant job titles, meanwhile senior managers who are are borderline unprofessional at times (even with clients!) are rewarded for who knows what reason. It feels like no one knows what they are doing at upper levels, and things are thrown at the wall with no strategy or thought for how it will be received. For a so-called strategic communications company, the internal communications here are an absolute MESS. If you value a stable workplace with little drama and kind and supportive managers, there's not that much of that to be found here. I would steer clear!
