Training is 5 days. And they expect you to know everything. After working there only 22 days I was let go saying I was behind. How am I behind after 22 days of working there with only 5 days of training? I’ve done this work plenty of times and I have never endured what I had to endure at this company. I do feel like I was discriminated against because I was the only black one on the team. They didn’t like that they couldn’t control and micro manage me and that I spoke up for myself. I met my numbers daily even with the little training we had.

Would be a good part-time job if you were already working a part-time job, but would never work if you had a full-time job and were looking for an additional part-time for a side gig.

Inconsistent communication to the point of being nonexistent even my first week in. Lack of structure and expectation setting. Job description did not match very well to the actual expectations that were set in person in terms of hours and expected availability. I was told there was scheduling flexibility, but in reality I was expected to work 30+ hours/week between 7am-4:30pm M-F. Training was given in a relatively flexible way, but the trainers were not the most knowledgeable or people-oriented.
