Fantastic recruiting process! From first conversation to last, working with Ollie was swift but thorough. Each conversation had a purpose and provided the right information for both the company and myself to be confident it was a perfect fit. By the time I connected with the company, we we're able to make a decision quickly because of the prior discussions with Ollie. It was also great that Ollie comes from a sales and sales leadership background so he could really relate and vet out the right qualities, skillsets and experience needed for sales roles.

- Actually felt like they uncovered me as a person and what I needed in a role, my goals that I'd look for in a company and understanding the journey I've been on to get to this point. - Very very amazing at uncovering the opportunities that aligned with my goals giving an unbiased opinion at first but exceeding expectations of helping me understand the roles and differentiators between them, working through the different interviews and how to prepare for them and feedback as and when needed. - Ollies time keeping and efficiency should be awarded with some sort of medal as he was on top of everything throughout the whole process! Pete's ability to give feedback to the finest detail is nothing I've ever experienced before and really shows is experience in the sales process! <3 - Overall I can't actually explain my love for this company, if you get a chance to work alongside them I can guarantee you will feel the same too :)
