- Actually felt like they uncovered me as a person and what I needed in a role, my goals that I'd look for in a company and understanding the journey I've been on to get to this point. - Very very amazing at uncovering the opportunities that aligned with my goals giving an unbiased opinion at first but exceeding expectations of helping me understand the roles and differentiators between them, working through the different interviews and how to prepare for them and feedback as and when needed. - Ollies time keeping and efficiency should be awarded with some sort of medal as he was on top of everything throughout the whole process! Pete's ability to give feedback to the finest detail is nothing I've ever experienced before and really shows is experience in the sales process! <3 - Overall I can't actually explain my love for this company, if you get a chance to work alongside them I can guarantee you will feel the same too :)

Ollie has been a pleasure to work with professionally and personally. Unlike many other recruiters out there Ollie took a consultative approach and took the time to understand what opportunity I was looking for and what drives me. The first opportunity he presented to me fitted what I wanted perfectly and he prepared me really well for the interview providing a detailed brief about the company and the role as well as further information about the interview. Although that job didn't materialise he introduced me to another company that completely blew me away and fitted what I was looking for perfectly. He prepared me exceptionally well for this interview and was very responsive and easy to contact throughout the whole process. I was offered the role and I have accepted and will be starting in March 2020.
