I have been employed at Randolph Hill for only a week, and unfortunately, my experience has highlighted several significant concerns. Notably, I was dismissed on the spot due to allegations of inappropriate language, with no prior warnings or proper procedural steps being followed. Meanwhile, it appears that an individual named Fraser, who has exhibited inappropriate behavior towards female staff members, continues to remain employed. This inconsistency raises serious questions about fairness and workplace standards.
