The entire experience, from the moment I walked in at “RANext technologies Pvt Ltd has been fantastic. The fellow colleagues are friendly and efficient. Thorough Inductions were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Environment is very friendly, each one is proactively helping and supporting each other’s domain. It’s a great place to learn and work.

Didn't find any as of now as my journey with RANext is only few days old, going forward cons may be posted if any.

Supportive and approachable team members. Flexible work environment with a good work-life balance. Exposure to growing industry (FTTx, SBS, RTP) Timely payouts and clear communication from HR.

Onboarding and initial training could be more structured. Some internal processes are still evolving and can be streamlined. Limited clarity on long term growth or promotion path.
