I regret to say that my experience with RDMC (RATP Dev Mobility Cairo) has been less than satisfactory, largely due to several pressing issues within the HR department. Here are my observations and concerns: Toxic Culture Within HR Department: The most concerning aspect of my experience at RDMC has been the toxic culture within the HR department. It's disheartening to witness an environment where employees feel undervalued, demoralized, and unsupported. This toxic atmosphere has far-reaching consequences for the entire organization's morale and productivity. Incompetent HR Leadership: The HR director's leadership has been a major issue. There is a notable lack of cultural understanding and competence to lead effectively, especially in a country as diverse as Egypt. This deficiency has resulted in a disconnect between the HR department and the local workforce, leading to frustration and misalignment of goals. Talent Mismanagement: RDMC appears to have a systemic issue with talent management. There seems to be a lack of genuine opportunities for talented individuals within the organization, and this, in turn, leads to the unfortunate loss of qualified personnel who choose to leave. The organization should make a concerted effort to nurture and retain talent. Absence of Employee Development: A significant area of concern is the complete absence of a structured development plan for employees. Real performance appraisals are virtually non-existent, leaving employees in the dark about their career progression and skill development within the company. In conclusion, my experience with RDMC has been marred by these serious HR-related issues. The toxic culture, ineffective HR leadership, talent mismanagement, and lack of employee development initiatives have collectively contributed to a frustrating and demotivating work environment. It is my sincere hope that RDMC takes these concerns seriously and undertakes meaningful efforts to rectify these issues, thereby improving the overall work experience for its employees and enhancing its organizational culture.

Negli ultimi anni, l'azienda ha lavorato duramente per promuovere un cambiamento culturale e un maggiore coinvolgimento, e i risultati stanno iniziando a vedersi in tutto il Paese. Minor turnover, punteggi di coinvolgimento più elevati, migliori risultati in termini di sicurezza e morale generale. L'ego è basso tra i vertici aziendali e i dirigenti sono sempre disponibili nei confronti dei dipendenti.

Svantaggi

A volte il cambiamento è difficile. L'azienda è cresciuta così tanto negli ultimi cinque anni che è sempre in fase di cambiamento.

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
