Pay about average. Okay-ish insurance.

Svantaggi

Could be a great place to work. Unfortunately, morale is low. Trust is in low supply. Relationship between management and union/workforce has a LOT of room for improvement. There are managers who try, but it's not enough to right the ship. Holidays and vacation time are scarce. There are family members I have not seen in a year.

Negli ultimi anni, l'azienda ha lavorato duramente per promuovere un cambiamento culturale e un maggiore coinvolgimento, e i risultati stanno iniziando a vedersi in tutto il Paese. Minor turnover, punteggi di coinvolgimento più elevati, migliori risultati in termini di sicurezza e morale generale. L'ego è basso tra i vertici aziendali e i dirigenti sono sempre disponibili nei confronti dei dipendenti.

Svantaggi

A volte il cambiamento è difficile. L'azienda è cresciuta così tanto negli ultimi cinque anni che è sempre in fase di cambiamento.

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
