The company is really great about listening to new ideas. Has a family environment and the CEO and Director are very down-to-earth people. Laid back environment, but people get their work done!

Still small. Room to grow, but it is a very small company.

Easy during summer months. There's a little room for learning when it comes to databasing along with business management. Friendly staff.

There is next to no care about their employees self growth and opportunities. Lack of communication / poor management and decision making. No room for advancement. The pay is below average for the positions available.
