Longevity of employees--many over 20 years. Employees are comfortable and has become more of a family atmosphere. Over-all good people and a fun place to work. And great people in accounting that make sure everything is paid on-time. No micro-managing unless you are working directly with the CEO. Excellent production company.

Design is secondary. A bit stuck in the past with regards to design and not so open to new approaches. Management is very set in their ways.

Great environment and equipment to work with. It's very quite so you can concentrate on your work without interruption.

Managers are not team players when it comes to taking advise on projects. They think they are all knowing, yet are far from it
