RBC allows flexible hours for my position because I am part of a commissioned sales force. The corporate culture is very much like an institution. Meaning work is the number one priority and socializing is not always incouraged. We have a very diverse workforce with many ethnic origins being represented. Due to the nature of our clientele this is very important. RBC also gives great benefits to it's employees.
