I worked for a year, during which I felt very unsatisfied Managers are not empowered, so they deliver the message from the superiors only. They never praise or said thank you no matter what great work you do, no work flexibility at all, office hours from 8:30 to 5:00 and they question you if you are 5 minutes late.
