- Pay is substandard barely above minimum wage, while asking for duties that rival positions that pay 30+ per hour - training is poorly conducted and you will not learn unless you do everything yourself since supervisors are lazy and do not want to make themselves more work - Do not stick to the terms of what HR agreed to with a fixed schedule. You may be moved to days or nights on a whim. - Substandard gear that leaves guards unable to properly be protected. Usually lack proper equipment and mobile won’t deliver supplies months late. - Blatant favouritism to certain staff, while blocking others. I seen plenty of inappropriate comments towards female employees and LGBTQ+ members
