HR does not adequately address reports of managerial discrimination and microaggressive behavior, leaving employees feeling unsafe and unsupported. There is a noticeable disparity in promotional opportunities, with white employees advancing more easily in administrative and direct service roles. Additionally, disciplinary actions appear to be enforced more strictly against Black employees compared to their white counterparts, raising concerns about fairness and accountability.
