Low pay range. Below median on the market. For example, the work performed for a Project Manager should be starting from 90k-110k (with minimum experience). A more experience PM should be making around 110-140k. Field Managers should be making between 140-160k. Assistant Directors should be making 160-190k. Directors should be making 190-220k. Management such as CFO/CEO should be around 250-300k. But the reality is that PMs get pay about $35 per hour.
