Fantastic Organization - Recensione dipendente - Rural Development Specialist presso RCAC

I really, really like working here, having worked in private consulting before this. I appreciate having a mission behind what I do and getting to work directly with community members to improve their water system (whether it's getting grant funding or helping review their financial budgets), it's very rewarding. I really enjoy my coworkers, the hours are flexible, and you get to work from home but also go to several in-person retreats each year to meet your coworkers. Really like this org.
