- Toxic environment. - Not inclusive, racist, xenophobic, and sexist. - Absolute stress. - You must report up to the 5 minute break needed to use the bathroom, and they will point it out to you as if it were something terrible. - You will be required to work overtime and weekends without pay. - Underpaid, and your problems will start when you ask for a fair salary, regardless of whether you are a top performer. - They don't care about their customers; they will sell you the worst solution for your business and then charge you maintenance fees to fix what they did wrong in the first place. - In six months, I had a total of 4 managers, so you can imagine how bad it is. - If there is a bad review, the owner will force the employees to write a positive review, so wait for it. - The owner will make you feel like the worst professional ever, even if you are great at your job. - The owner is total garbage.

Although, you do not get ahead if you do the standard 8-5 hours, I do have longer days at times. And for me, I have two locations to drive to commute for work depending on the day.

Employees are routinely over promised and under delivered. Any employee that attempts to meet employee expectations becomes the subject of ridicule for not getting more money out of the client first. Common SEO strategies at RCC are outdated and toxic to businesses in light of Google's algorithm changes. Any employee who speaks out is severely micromanaged and no change is ever implemented. The CEO offers no amount of encouragement. Rather, he will micromanage time logs, put pressure on employees to get more money for doing expected work, underpay, and manipulate clients. Having ethics and morals is dangerous as an employee here as you will often be the center of office gossip and have the CEO/Office Manager breathing down your neck. Reporting consists of "we're working on it" and "it's not so bad". Sales creates quotes and proposals without consulting the marketing team to analyze client needs. This leads to misinformation, over promising, and sloppy marketing plans. Then falls into a constant loop of trying to upsell basic services while trying to avoid explaining why those weren't being delivered originally. Communication regarding client needs is often punished as a waste of time. Leading to an uncoordinated marketing effort. Taking a job here will lead to physical and mental stress and crush your spirit beyond your wildest dreams if you hold some standard of excellence. Also, don't expect to be salaried without working 50+ hours a week. Benefits? Direct deposit? Forget about it. Non-existent in this realm.

With big ambitious goals laid out for the next few years, I’ll admit that sometimes I can bring a strong drive to achieve a result when fostering creativity may require a more relaxed approach. In the organizations I have founded and nurtured the pace required for solutions can sometimes be at odds with team members’ strengths and weaknesses. I know that I valued our conversations as well as your many suggestions and tools to help us with that growth. As you may know, with growth come changes, that while necessary, can require an adjustment. Some of these adjustments have required that we look inward at our quality of work, productivity of employees as well as current processes. This will enable us to be better aligned for the future. While your time with our company was short, I’m thankful that you took the time to share your opinion so that I and others can reflect on it and think about ways we can adapt and do more to ensure all feel valued and appreciated. I genuinely care about this company, our awesome team and our critically important clients.
