The interview process was quick, smooth, and informative, so you always know what to expect at each stage. The company is also very supportive when it comes to training. They take the time to teach you everything you need to know so you feel prepared for the role. The KPIs and targets are reasonable, and the company gives you the tools and the support you need to achieve them, and the commission structure is good which makes hitting targets rewarding. Managers are there to help you throughout the process and support you if you need guidance. Everyone in the company is very kind and approachable. The working hours are also good and allow for a healthy social and work-life balance.
