Unprofessional, inexperienced & unqualified employees, overlooked for promotion & raises that'swell deserved, more concerned with employees being exuberant oppose to preforming the job correctly, being respectful & professional. Forcing employees to correct others mistakes oppose to holding the correct person responsible. Overlooking certain employees mistakes, disrespect & unprofessional behavior based on friendships & race. Unable to express your concerns without being made out to be defiant & defensive. Defamation of character based on your opinion & concern.
